BECOME A MEMBER

SRA Membership

Membership in SRA is open to all homeowners and residents of the area known as Rancho Palos Verdes, this includes residents in Tracts 22387, 22835 and 38512 . Membership is limited to one address (household) within the boundaries of the community known as SeaView [visit maps on our ABOUT SRA page]. At our Annual General Meeting held in June, Board members report on SRA activities during the year, and elections are held for upcoming Board positions, each for a two-year term. Notable speakers are invited to share their expertise on pertinent topics.

During the year, the Board meets bimonthly to discuss community issues, to address community concerns, and to plan neighborhood projects and activities. Your participation is always valued and encouraged.

 

Membership Benefits:

  • Provides useful sources of information and neighborhood communication to help you stay informed; for example, this website and informative community email notices.
  • Promotes the safety and security of all residents; for example, SRA pays for a cutting edge security camera system that is linked to the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Database.
  • Encourages a sense of community through periodic fun events such as the Block Party and Cars & Coffee that are hosted by SRA at no cost to residents.
  • Helps to maintain property values by promoting the maintenance of the beauty and quality of our neighborhood; for example, SRA maintains and pays for lighting, irrigation and landscaping for the entry areas off Palos Verdes Drive South onto Conqueror Drive and Schooner Drive.
  • Provides a means for members to volunteer their time and talents for the benefit of the neighborhood.

2. PAYMENT

Annual SRA Membership Dues is $75.00 per year.

PAY VIA ZELLE:

  • Sign into your online bank account and select Zelle.
  • Set recipient as membership@seaviewra.org then enter dues amount of $75.
  • Be sure to enter street address in ‘Message’ field.

OR PAY VIA CHECK:

  • Please make check payable to Seaview Residents Association.  Place in an envelope (with a copy of application printout) and:
      • drop in SRA Treasurer Lori Givens mailbox at 4237 Stalwart Drive
      • OR in the SRA small gray mailbox on the corner of PV South Drive and Schooner Drive.
