The SeaView Residents Association (SRA) was formed as a Nonprofit Mutual Benefit Corporation in November 1980 as the Seaview Residents Association, Inc under the terms of Title 1, Division 2, Part 3, of the California Corporations Code. With 268 homes, it is located near the south east corner of Rancho Palos Verdes, California.
The corporation is organized to:
a) Provide a mutually cooperative and satisfactory means of resolving community issues of Rancho Palos Verdes.
b) Encourage the beautification of the community, to maintain the high value of the Rancho Palos Verdes area, and to make it a perpetually good place in which to live.
c) Make purchases, sales, agreements, or contracts for the purpose of carrying out the desired objectives.
In addition, SRA has taken an active role in informing the community about neighborhood issues by publishing periodic community notices and through presentation at the general membership meeting held each June.
