Does the SeaView neighborhood have a Homeowners Association (HOA) and are there Homeowners Association dues?

No. The SRA is a voluntary Residents Association.

What are some things that make SeaView such a special place to live?

SeaView is located in an idyllic setting, situated between the Pacific Ocean to the South and hiking trails to the North. SeaView neighborhood residents have access to many hiking trails, the nature preserve, Trump National Golf Course, beach access, Ladera Linda Community Center, and amazing mountain biking trails. Within minutes, you can either go down to the beach and touch the cool ocean water or arrive at one of the trailheads to begin a hike in the preserves above the neighborhood. With access gained by one main road, Palos Verdes Drive South, SeaView offers more tranquility than a lot of communities while still having several shopping centers located nearby for convenience. SeaView residents’ children are able to attend the prestigious Palos Verdes Unified School District.

Are there parking restrictions in the neighborhood?
